If you want to return an item, please call us on 0161 339 1673 / shoutus@ashtonhorticulture.co.uk within 30 days and we will instruct you on how to return your item to us – the item must be unused and in its original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Items purchased online can also be returned in store. See below for address. If you do wish to return an item, you as the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty please contact us directly on 0161 339 1673 / shoutus@ashtonhorticulture.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
We will be responsible for the cost of return in the case of a damaged/faulty item. Please read below regarding the return of specific products:
Ashton Horticulture will not be responsible for any damage caused by the customer due to improper use or neglect of the product.
We do not offer exchange of refund on any liquids or powdered nutrients. This includes all nutrients and supplements.
Electric items come with a manufacturer’s warranty of between 1-5 years depending on the manufacturer; this includes ballasts and fans. In some cases, the items may have to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing once we have received the item. We will contact you if this procedure is necessary.
Ashton Horticulture will not be responsible for any damage caused by the customer due to improper use or neglect of the product.
Grow lamps must be in their original packaging as we will need this information in order to issue an exchange for a faulty lamp.
Lamps only offer a 6 month guarantee from date of purchase.
